Alert Combo Pack - 6 Months

No strips, no tests, just constant readings; it's every aquarium owner's dream! Now Ammonia Alert and pH Alert come together in one convenient package thanks to the Seachem Alert Combo Pack - (6 Months)! The durable and effective cards employ top of the line Seachem Sensor Technology in which a dedicated sensor changes color reversibly to alert you to even the smallest shifts in ammonia and pH levels respectively. Simply place the sensor cards anywhere inside of the aquarium or filter, but make sure it is easily visible so you can keep monitoring at all times. It's that easy! No chemicals or test procedures are required to get accurate readings every time. pH Alert lasts 3-6 months, and is suitable for freshwater use only. Ammonia Alert lasts 1 year, and is suitable for freshwater and saltwater applications.

Ammonia Alert

Ammonia Alert's sensor changes reversibly from yellow to green to blue, and is relative to the ammonia concentration of the water. It detects less than 0.05 mg/L (ppm) of free ammonia and alerts you to the #1 killer of aquarium fish before any signs of stress or illness appear. The presence of the free ammonia is continuously detectable with an incredibly fast response time of approximately 15 minutes. Response to decreasing ammonia is slower, requiring about 4 hours to go from TOXIC to SAFE regarding the removal of ammonia. Suitable for use in both freshwater and marine systems.

pH Alert

pH Alert is a unique color device designed to be placed in the aquarium or filter to constantly monitor pH balances. A powerful sensor changes color reversibly from yellow to orange to red alerting you to even the smallest shifts in pH levels between 5.4 and 8.0. When first put in service, pH Alert response time will be approximately 30 minutes. From there, pH shifts will register within only ten minutes.
